Today was incredible. I spent close to 4 hours with Kamilla. I got to feed her. And, she is really getting used to me. We laugh together. She spent time on my lap playing.I got teary-eyed several times and felt like the luckiest person in the universe.
I will post some pictures now and hope to get back on later tonight to write more. Thank you for your comments and emails!! It makes being far away a lot easier. And, I'm excited that Kamilla will have so many people love her.
Oh Karen, she already seems so much happier! As you take your pictures from day to day, notice how the life in her eyes change. It's truly amazing to watch. I am so excited to follow your journey. So happy you had a great first day! Can't wait to hear more! Andrea
