Here are some photos. I am very happy! She is a doll and is walking already. She was very quiet and a little afraid today. I only got to spend a 1/2 hour with her -- and towards the end of the time she was holding on to my hair as I carried her, staring at my face, and smiling and looking at me if she played with something she liked.
The little elephant toy she is holding is one I gave her when I met her. She carried it everywhere with her.
I'll post more soon.
I discovered that I don't have the right adapter plug for my computer (even though I have 5 or 6 different ones) into the Semey electrical system -- so my in-country team here (coordinator, driver, translator) -- said they would help me find the right thing tomorrow.

Oh, Karen! She is so wonderful and you are BEAMING! Kamilla is as beautiful as I remember and I cannot wait to see you in Semey! You just need a regular European plug for the Semey hotel. Your laptop will convert itself. You might recognize the green donkey in the bonding room from some of my pictures with Anelya. It warms my heart to see you there with Kamilla. I hope you get a good night's sleep. Enjoy your time in Kaz. It feels like it goes by so slowly while you were there but then POOF it's over and you will miss it. I hope you had a good trip.
